Based loosely off of a Room and Board designed shelving unit, I switched up the finishes and added my recycled sign elements for the shelves. I use an actual sign board pulled from trade shows(they throw them out after each show) Once they are painted, the printed script is still visible under the surface, adding a surprise element and extra texture. The finish is a burnished white primer frame, with Tiffany blue paint over plastic.
